Refunds or exchanges are eligible only for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Any request made after this period will not be entertained.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to beauty products, jewelry, baby essentials, and pet-related items, unless they are received damaged or defective.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos as proof. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds, once approved, will be issued through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
